- The aim of the institute is to train the female folk of the state in order to
- To prepare professional and competent nurses and midwives for comprehensive healthcare services.
- To prepare nurses for independent practice, patient care, and community health services.
- Assume the role of teacher, supervisor, and manager in a clinical/public health setting.
- To develop competent and ethical nursing staff dedicated to quality patient care and community health.
Objectives
- The College aims to empower young women and support their professional development in nursing.
- Sound theoretical and practical nursing knowledge at basic and advanced levels for health promotion, prevention, and care.
- The ability to think and act independently with full responsibilities as a qualified Nurse and as a spiritual human being.
- Confidence to take leadership roles, assume nursing responsibilities, and pursue professional growth.
- The capacity of keeping calm, serene and smiling and never to loose temper, even on provocation.
- The habit of strict punctuality in all activities and obligations.
